In this project, we work with Key Leadership Team, Team Members and Leaders of various dealers (Teams of 80 - 300 persons) over 8 months year on year. We tackle areas of leadership, business insights, metrics, goals and growth, innovation and service to create customer experience movement for Ford globally with a focus on Philippines’ market.
