This experiential course offers a taster of the profession of coaching, touching on valuable information, exploring and working with theories and tools. After completing this course, the participants will be able to hold deeper, structured conversations with their direct reports, working towards specific goals. The participants will have an increased awareness of self, have the ability to empathize with others, and the capability to sense and handle what is happening on a team level.
